Paint & Sip Terms & Conditions

All persons purchasing ticket/s to Paint & Sip and related Events (the “Event”) are deemed to have accepted, and understood as binding on them, these conditions and any accompanying risks, obligations, and responsibilities. It is your responsibility to read and understand these conditions:

Ticketing and Refund Policy

1. All bookings and ticket purchases are non-transferrable by you. There will be no refund or exchange on any ticket or service fee, except in accordance with applicable laws.

2. The event is an all-weather event. It will continue in rain, hail, or shine unless the conditions are deemed unsafe to continue. No refunds will be made if you choose not to attend due to inclement weather.

3. We reserve the right to add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute artists. No refunds will be made in this case.

4. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone Paint & Sip for any reason within our control. In this case, you will be offered a refund for the face value of the ticket purchased LESS booking fee.

5. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone Paint & Sip for any reason outside of our control, such as a Government health directive that relates to COVID or other pandemic. In this case, you will be offered a refund for the face value of the ticket purchased LESS booking fee.

6. There will be no refund on any unused portion of tickets if you are asked or forced to leave or if you decide not to attend any part of Paint & Sip.

7. Pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD$)

8. Entry to the Venue for the Event is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paint & Sip, its employees, and agents are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage, howsoever caused, to you.

9. Paint & Sip organisers reserve the right to refuse admission and to remove persons from the premises for any reason, in its sole discretion, including behaviour likely to cause damages, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of organisers or its representatives.

10. Paint & Sip organisers will not tolerate any intoxicated, violent, or quarrelsome or disorderly behaviour. Offenders may be ejected by Officials. Those ejected from the Venue will not be re-admitted to the Event and will not receive any refunds.

11. In case of emergency, you are required to follow all directives of organisers.

12. You acknowledge and agree that Paint & Sip organisers reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event for any reason.
